For all our services we require ADVANCE PAYMENT and receipt of payment together with the sample and the relative analysis form (click on “Forms”).
In case of failure to send these documents, the sample will be kept in STANDBY until they are delivered by e-mail or fax.
Modes of payment:

2. Swift code please contact the lab info@genefast.com
In this case, ALL BANKING EXPENSES ARE PAYABLE BY THOSE REQUESTING THE SERVICE.

PAYMENT REFERS TO: animal name, analysis required, name of payer.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS OR POSTAL MONEY ORDERS.
If you are not sure of the amount to be paid, contact the laboratory at info@genefast.com and ask for a quote!
Otherwise, continue by entering your billing information and pay with PayPal.
For the Genetic analysis it’s possible to send 0.5/1 ml EDTA blood or n.2 buccal swab inside a pluriball envelope and attaching the exam request form (a form for each sample sent) and the confirmation of the advance payment. All the packet must will be without refrigerant or ice.
For the Clonality or C-Kit analysis it’s possible to consult the page dedicate before sending..
It’s possible to send the sample by mail or your personal courier, paying directly before to send the sample.
